How to delete your data.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your name and the email address or phone number your information may be associated with. If you were referred to us by someone else (for example, through our WhatsApp lead-intake service), say so and we will find your record.

What we delete

Your contact details and any opportunity record about you in our CRM, the messages that mention you, and any related copies held by our service providers on our behalf. Images and voice notes are already deleted automatically within 7 days of processing.

When

We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless we must keep certain information to comply with the law. We will tell you when it is done.
