What this policy covers

Our website (newcoda.ai) and our business lead-intake service on WhatsApp ("Newcoda Leads"), which members of our board and team use to share business opportunities with us.

Information we collect

Website: if you accept cookies, basic usage data (pages visited, clicks) through analytics tools; if you decline, those tools do not load. Email: if you write to us, your name, email address and message. WhatsApp lead intake: messages sent to our WhatsApp number by authorized members of our network, which may include business contact details of a referred person or company (name, job title, company, business email or phone, LinkedIn URL), the context of the opportunity, and the sender's WhatsApp number and name. Images and voice notes are processed only to extract this information.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, to evaluate and follow up on business opportunities (customers, partners, investors), and to operate and improve our services. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to process this information on our behalf: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), Google Cloud (hosting and storage), HubSpot (CRM), AgentMail (email delivery), and OpenRouter/Anthropic (AI processing to structure the information). These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

Retention

Images and voice notes are deleted after processing (within 7 days). Opportunity records are kept while the business relationship is active and deleted within 12 months after an opportunity is closed as not pursued, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices and rights

Change your cookie choice under "Cookie settings". You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to [email protected]. If you were referred to us by someone else and want your information removed, write to the same address and we will delete it.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and secret management to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
